AMEND STANDING ZONE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. That an ordinance passed by the City Council on April 09, 2008, page 24900 of the Journal of Proceedings of said date, which reads, North State Street (east side) from a point 122 feet north of East Superior Street, to a point 73 feet north thereof - 15 minute standing zone - use flashing lights - 2:30 P.M. to 6:30 P.M. - Monday through Friday - tow-away zone all other times (08-00109113), be and the same is hereby amended by striking out there from the following:

North State Street (east side) from a point 122 feet north of East Superior Street, to a point 73 feet north thereof - 15 minute standing zone - use flashing lights - 2:30 P.M. to 6:30 P.M. - Monday through Friday - tow-away zone all other times (08-00109113), and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

North State Street (east side) from a point 122 feet north of East Superior Street, to a point 103 feet north thereof - 15 minute standing zone - use flashing lights - 2:30 P.M. to 6:30 P.M. - Monday through Friday - tow-away zone all other times (08-00109113)

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its passage and approval.
