BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Section 10-20-430 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt:

Smithfield Properties XVI, LLC. Of 805 North LaSalle

from the provisions requiring barriers as prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to a commercial loading dock and/or parking lot or garage in excess of six spaces for Premise Address.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
