Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to JP MORGAN CHASE BANK, NA, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to maintain and use, as now constructed, six (6) Awning(s) projecting over the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 230 W. Grand Ave
Said Awning(s) at N. Franklin St. measure(s):
One (1) at seven (7) feet in length, and three (3) feet in width for a total of twenty-one (21) square feet. Said Awning(s) at N. Franklin measure(s):
One (1) at seventeen (17) feet in length, and three (3) feet in width fora total of fifty-one (51) square feet. Said Awning(s) at W. Grand Ave. measure(s):
One (1) at seventeen (17) feet in length, and three (3) feet in width for a total of fifty-one (51) square feet. . Said Awning(s) at W. Grand Ave. measure(s):
