••WHERFA3, God in^toi'irflriite wisdom has called Christopher J. Howell to his eternal reward; and

 

WHEREAS, The Chicago City Council has been informed of his passing by the Honorable Marty Quinn, Alderman of the 13th Ward; and

 

WHEREAS, Christopher J. "Chris" Howell, 42, January 20, 2019. Lifelong resident of the Southwest side of Chicago-Clearing neighborhood. Beloved son of John R. Howell and the late Donna M. Howell, nee Parker; loving brother of Meggan (Casey) Bonk and Jessica (Kevin) Carrig; devoted uncle of Tyler Carrig, Kaley Carrig and Cayden Bonk. An amazing person, Chris was also a much loved nephew and cousin; he was like an uncle to so many. Chris was a cherished friend and will be missed by all who knew and loved him. Christopher J. Howell leaves a legacy of faith, dignity, compassion and love; now, therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED, That we, the Mayor and members of the Chicago City Council gathered here this thirteenth day of March, 2019, hereby express our sorrow on the death of Christopher J. Howell and extend to his family and friends pur deepest sympathy.

 

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a suitable copy be presented to the family of Christopher J. Howell. /^"V
