SUBSTITUTE ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1.  Title 17 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the Business Planned Development No. 1172 District symbols and indicators as shown on Map No. 20-J in the area bounded by

South Kedzie Avenue; West 87^th Street; a line 220.85 feet west of and parallel to South Kedzie Avenue; and a line 174.60 feet north of and parallel to West 87^th Street.

to those of a C3-1 Commercial, Manufacturing and Employment District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
