ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 9-64-090 of the Municipal Code of the City of Chicago, the following portions of the below named streets are hereby designated as residential permit parking zones for the locations and zones indicated:

•                     S. Dearborn St. (both sides): from 37^th St. to 38^th St., designated as residential permit parking zone 1591;

•                     37^th St. (both sides): from State St. to Federal St., designated as residential permit parking zone 1591; SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage and publication.
