MACERICH MANAGEMENT Acct. No. 88194-2 Permit No. 1142391
Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to MACERICH MANAGEMENT, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to maintain and use, as now constructed, twelve (12) Planter(s) on the public right-of-way for beautification purposes adjacent to its premises known as 520 N. Michigan Ave
Said Planter(s) at E. Grand measure(s):
Two (2) at four (4) feet in length, and four (4) feet in width for a total of thirty-two (32) square feet.
Said Planter(s) at N. Michigan measure(s):
Three (3) at thirteen point two five (13.25) feet in length, and ten (10) feet in width for a total of three hundred ninety- seven point five (397.5) square feet.
Said Planter(s) at N. Michigan measure(s):
Four (4) at four (4) feet in length, and four (4) feet in width for a total of sixty-four (64) square feet.
Said Planter(s) at E. Illinois measure(s):
One (1) at thirty point five eight (30.58) feet in length, and five (5) feet in width for a total of one hundred fifty-two point nine (152.9) square feet.
Said Planter(s) at E. Illinois measure(s):
One (1) at four (4) feet in length, and four (4) feet in width for a total of sixteen (16) square feet.
Said Planter(s) at N. Rush measure(s):

Grantee must allow the required clear and unobstructed space for pedestrian passage at all times per rules and regulations approved by the Department of Transportation.
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.
Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Department of Planning and Development and Department of Transportation (Division of Project Development).
