BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Director of Finance is hereby authorized and directed to exempt:

3200 North Southport Acquisition, LLC located at 3200-10 N. Southport Ave. and 1400-06 W. Belmont Ave., from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
