EXEMPTION OF ST EDMUND'S OASIS LLC FROM PHYSICAL BARRIER REQUIREMENT PERTAINING TO ALLEY ACCESSIBILITY FOR PARKING AT 6049-59 S. PRAIRIE AVE./310-12 E. 61Sl ST.

 

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

 

SECTION 1. Pursuant to section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt St. Edmund's Oasis, LLC from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for 6049-59 S. Prairie Ave. /310-12 E. 61st St., Chicago, IL 60637.

 

 

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
