ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the RS3 Residential Single-Unit (Detached House) District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 26-E in the area bounded by
A line 58.65 feet north of and parallel to East 104th Street; South Corliss Avenue; East 104 Street; the perpendicular public alley to East 104 Street that is next west of and parallel to South Corliss Avenue,
to those of a Bl-1 Neighborhood Shopping District.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
