Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to TRULUCK'S SEAFOOD, STEAK AND CRAB HOUSE, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to construct, install, maintain and use twenty-seven (27) Planter(s) projecting over the public right-of-way for beautification purposes adjacent to its premises known as 41 E. Chestnut St
Said Planter(s) at E Chestnut St measure(s):
Eighteen (18) at three point one seven (3.17) feet in length, and two point five (2.5) feet in width for a total of one hundred forty-two point six five (142.65) square feet.
Two (2) at two (2) feet in length, and three point two five (3.25) feet in width for a total of thirteen (13) square feet. Said Planter(s) at N Wabast St measure(s):
Four (4) at three point one seven (3.17) feet in length, and two point five (2.5) feet in width for a total of thirty-one point seven (31.7) square feet.
Said Planter(s) at N Rush St measure(s):
Three (3) at three point one seven (3.17) feet in length, and two point five (2.5) feet in width for a total of twenty-three point seven eight (23.78) square feet.
Grantee must allow the required clear and unobstructed space for pedestrian passage at all times per rules and regulations approved by the Department of Transportation.
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office ofthe City Clerk.
Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Department of Planning and Development and Department of Transportation (Division of Project Development).
This grant of privilege in the public way shall be subject to the provisions of Section 10-28-015 and all other required provisions of the Municipal Code of Chicago.
