BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1.  That an ordinance heretofore passed by the City Council, establishing a residential permit parking zone in designated areas, be and the same is hereby amended by striking therefrom the following:

"West 48^th Place      from 2308 to 2332, on the north side of the

street only

(Residential Permit Parking Zone # 1280)."

SECTION 2.  This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage and publication.
