BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO

 

SECTION 1. Section 10-20-430 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Director of Revenue is hereby authorized and directed to exempt 2820 Lyndale Real Estate LLC from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress from 2820 - 2824 West Lyndale.
