ORDINANCE AMENDMENT

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

Section 1:

The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for 100 EAST HURON STREET CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION on 06/27/2012, and printed upon page 30415 of the Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words

"twelve (12) Recessed Light(s) on the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 100 E. Huron St

The sum of one hundred thirty (130.000 per annum in advance." and inserting in their place the words

"eight (8) Recessed Lights in the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 100 East Huron Street.

Eight (8) at one (1) foot in length, one (1) foot in width for a total twelve (12) square feet.

The sum of one hundred ten ($110.00) per annum in advance

Section 2:

This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.
