ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. Title 17 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all ofthe Bl-2 Neighborhood Shopping District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 8G in the area bounded by:
South Morgan Street; the public alley 107 feet next north of West 31st Place; a line 93.20 feet east of and parallel to South Morgan Street; a line 50 feet south of and parallel to the public alley next north of West 31st Place
to those of a B3-2 Community Shopping District.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
