ORDER

ORDERED, that the Commissioner of Buildings is hereby authorized and directed to

issue a sign permit to the sign contractor named below, for the conversion ofthe existing

sign/signboard to a Dynamic Image Display sign/signboard at 5981 N. Ridge Ave.,

Chicago, IL 60660:

Lamar Advertising Co. 500 N. Michigan Ave. Chicago, IL 60611

Said conversion will replace the existing rotating sign display measuring approximately 10' in height and 10' in length currently located at the subject property.

Proposed Sign Details:

Dimensions: Length: 9'-8"                     Height: 10'

Height above grade/roof to the top of the sign: 24J_ Total square foot area:      97 sq. ft.
