__T TT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. Title 17 ofthe Municipal Code, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, be amended by changing all the C1-1 Neighborhood Commercial District symbols and indications as shown on Map No.7-G in the area bounded by
West Wrightwood Avenue; a line 50 feet east of and parallel to North Wayne Avenue; the alley next south of and parallel to West Wrightwood Avenue; and a line 25 feet east of and parallel to North Wayne Avenue,
to those of a B2-2 Neighborhood Mixed-Use District and a corresponding use district is hereby established in the area above described.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.

That the undersigned certifies that she has complied with the requirements of Section 17-13-0107 of the Zoning Code of the City of Chicago, by sending amended written notice to such property owners who appear to be the owners of the property within the subject area not solely owned by the Applicant/Owner, and on the owners of all property within 250 feet in each direction of the lot line of the subject property, exclusive of the public roads, streets, alleys and other public ways, or a total distance limited to 400 feet. That said written notice was sent by USPS First Class Mail no more than 30 days before filing the application.
