AMENDMENT TO A NO PARKING LOADING ZONE


BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. That an ordinance heretofore passed by the City Council on November 26, 2013, printed on page 68790 ofthe Journal of Proceedings of said date, established a No Parking Loading Zone on a portion of a designated street, be and the same is hereby amended by striking the following:
"North Clark Street (east side) from a point 125 feet south of West Menomonee Street (1750 N Clark Street), to a point 75 feet south thereof
15 Minute Loading Zone, Unattended vehicles must have light flashing, tow away zone after 15 minutes - 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM - Monday through Friday - and 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM - Saturday through Sunday - LOADING ZONE"

and inserting in lieu thereof:

"North Clark Street (west side) from a point 125 feet south of West Menomonee Street (1750 N Clark Street), to a point 75 feet south thereof
15 Minute Standing Zone - Use Flashing Lights - 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM -Monday through Friday - TOW ZONE"

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force hereinafter its passage and publication.
