ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

Section 1.      Section 4-60-023 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by deleting the language struck through, as follows:

4-60-023       Restrictions on additional licenses.

Subject to the provisions of subsection 4-60-021(c), no additional package goods license shall be issues for any premises located within the following areas:

(12.94)      On the south side of 47th Street, from Rockwell Street to Fairfield Avenue; and

on Talman Avenue and on Washtenaw Avenue, both from 47th Street to 48th Street.
