ORDINANCE

 

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

 

 

SECTION 1. The City Council finds that the areas described in Section 2 of this ordinance are adversely affected by the over-concentration of businesses licensed to sell alcoholic liquor within and near the areas.

 

SECTION 2. Section 4-60-023 of the Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by replacing subsection 4-60-023 (20.152), which was previously deleted as shown in the Journal of Proceedings of April 15, 2015 at page 106527, with the following underscored text:

 

4-60-023 (20.152)     On the west side of Cottage Grove Avenue, from Marquette Road to 68th

Street.

 

SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication.
