RESOLUTION

WHEREAS; we, the members of the City Council of the City of Chicago, wish to extend our most warmest wishes to Peter Newsome on her 70th Birthday Celebration; and,

WHEREAS, on behalf of the entire 16^th Ward, Alderman Stephanie D. Coleman would like to encourage Peter Newsome to expect the best, let love rule, embrace the day, and celebrate another year; and,

WHEREAS, Peter Newsome has continued to be an abundance of wisdom, and we value all the gems and treasure you have bestowed here in the 16^th Ward; and

BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor and members ofthe City Council ofthe City of Chicago gathered this 22nd day of June 2022; do hereby celebrate Peter Newsome's 70th birthday; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to Peter Newsome as token of appreciation and blessed wishes.
