ORDINANCE AMENDMENT Acct. No. 361023 -1 Permit No. 1096107

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

Section 1:

The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for STATE FARM MUTUAL AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE COMPANY on 09/08/2011, and printed upon page 7436 of the Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words "The grantee shall pay to the City of Chicago as compensation for the privilege #1096107 herein granted the sum of four hundred ($400.00) per annum in advance." and inserting in their place the words "The grantee shall pay to the City of Chicago as compensation for the privilege #1096107 herein granted the sum of one hundred ($100.00) per annum in advance."

Section 2:

This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.
