RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, Phil Levato has been called to eternal life by the wisdom of God at the age of 71 to his eternal reward; and

WHEREAS, The Chicago City Council has been informed of his passing by the Honorable Patrick D. Thompson, Alderman of the 11th Ward; and

WHEREAS, PhilLevato; father and grandfather; devoted son of the late Ralph Sr. and the late Maiy Levato; brother Carmen (Peggy), Santo (Betty), .limbo (Joyce), Gina, Ralph Jr. (Peggy) and John (Sue) Levato. uncle of many; and

WHEREAS, His love of life and ability to livc;it to the fullest endeared Phil to his family members, friends and all who knew him, and enabled him to enrich their lives in ways they will never forget; now, therefore

BE IT RESOLVED, That we, the Mayor and members ofthe City Council of the City of Chicago gathered here this twenty first of July 2021, do hereby express our sorrow on the death of Phil Levato and extend to his family and friends our deepest sympathy; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Phil Levato.
