BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1.        That an ordinance heretofore passed by the City Council, establishing residential permit parking zones in designated areas, be and the same is hereby amended by striking therefrom the following:

"South Rhodes Avenue at 9401 - Residential zone #430 (Removal of

one sign located on the south side of South Rhodes Avenue from East 94^th Street to the alley)."

SECTION 2.        This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage and publication.
