BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Director of the Department of Revenue is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Kensington School, Inc. of 1745 N Damen from requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for premise address.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage and publication.

Dear Chairman Brookins:

I am respectfully requesting a Commissioner's Authority letter exempting Kensington School, Inc. from being required to place barriers at 1745 N Damen as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for the premise address. An ordinance to this effect will be introduced to the City Council at the next meeting.
