RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, God in His infinite Wisdom has called Dorothy M. Matela to her eternal reward; and

WHEREAS, The Chicago City Council has been informed of her passing by the Honorable Marty Quinn, Alderman ofthe 13^th Ward; and

WHEREAS, Dorothy M. Matela, Beloved wife of James; devoted mother of James (Paula), Michael and Lori (Susan); loving grandmother of Cory, Jimmy, Kevin, Sean and Maria; dear sister of Richard (Ginger) Houlihan and the late Raymond (Jacqueline) Houlihan. Dorothy M. Matela has many years of faithful service with Immaculate Conception Parish - Brighton Park; now, therefore

BE IT RESOLVED, That we, the Mayor and members of the Chicago City Council gathered here this eleventh day of December, 2013, do hereby express our sorrow on the death of Dorothy M. Matela and extend to her family and friends our deepest sympathy.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be prepared and presented to the family of Dorothy M. Matela.
