Your Committee on Transportation and Public Way begs leave to report and recommend that Your Honorable Body pass the proposed ordinance transmitted herewith (referred on March 9, 2011) to SUNDA - 02011-1908 - (SUBSTITUTE) to maintain and use a portion of the public right-of-way for a sidewalk cafe adjacent to its premises located at 110 West Illinois Street:
Sunday thru Saturday 8 : 00 a.m to 11:00 p.m.
This recommendation was concurred unanimously by a viva voce vote of the members of the Committee with no dissenting vote.

Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to SUNDA upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance, to maintain and use a portion of the public right of way for a' sidewalk cafe adjacent to its premises located at 110 W. Illinois St Said sidewalk cafe area #1 shall be forty-eight point three three (48.33) feet in length and twelve point four two (12.42) feet in width for a total of six hundred point two six (600.26) square feet and shall allow six (6) feet of clear space from the face of the curb/building line along W.
