PHYSICAL BARRIER AND ALLEY ACCESS

Be It Ordained by the City Council of Chicago:

SECTION 1 Pursuant to Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the
Director of Revenue is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Consume
Chicago located at 6428 N. Milwaukee Avenue Chicago, IL 60631 from the
provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and/or "
egress to parking facilities for the premise address.    ;                     , ■

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and take effect from and after its
passage and publication.                     ^; \ ^
