ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. The Chicago Zoning Ordinance, be amended by changing all of the B3-1, Community Shopping District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 5-J in the area bound by:

a line 50 feet west of and parallel to North St. Louis Avenue; the alley next north of and parallel to West North Avenue, North St. Louis Avenue; and West North Avenue,

to those of a B1-1, Neighborhood Shopping District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective after its passage and publication.
