ORDINANCE AMENDMENT

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

Section 1:

The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for The Aberdeen Tap on 03/18/2015, and printed upon page 104317 of the Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words "area #2 shall be seventy-two (72) feet in length and nine (9) feet in width for a total of seven hundred forty-eight (748) square feet; Compensation: $822.80" and inserting in their place the words "area #2 shall be ninety-six (96) feet in length and nine (9) feet in width for a total of nine hundred sixty-four (964) square feet; Compensation: $1,060.40"

Section 2:

This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.
