BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1.  Section 10-20-430 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Kids Kingdom Academy, at 5946 West Division Street, Chicago 60651, from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to exit facility at 5946 West Division Street.
