RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, God in His infinite wisdom has called Salamon Leon Duran to his eternal reward; and

WHEREAS, The Chicago City Council has been informed of his passing by the Honorable Marty Quinn, Alderman ofthe 13^th Ward; and

WHEREAS, Salamon Leon Duran, age 55. Beloved husband of Clemencia Guzman. Loving father of Adriana (Victor Manuel Juarez Camarena) Leon Guzman, Salamon Leon Guzman and Ximena Leon Guzman. Dear son of the late Salamon Leon and the late Maria De Jesus Duran. Dear brother in law of Miguel Guzman and Laura Guzman. Fond nephew of Miguel Duran, and

WHERAS, Salamon Leon Duran leaves a legacy of faith, dignity, compassion and love; now, therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED, That we, the Mayor and members of the Chicago City Council gathered here this seventeenth day of November, 2021, hereby express our sorrow on the death of Salamon Leon Duran and extend to his family and friends our deepest sympathy.
