BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
Section 1:
The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for LE PAIN QUOTIDIEN on 04/13/2016, and printed upon page 22979 of the Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words
"Said sidewalk cafe area #1 shall be nine (9) feet in length and three point one seven (3.17) feet in width, area #2 shall be nine (9) feet in length and three point one seven (3.17) feet in width, area #3 shall be eight point nine two (8.92) feet in length and three point one seven (3.17) feet in width, area #4 shall be fourteen point six seven (14.67) feet in length and three point one seven (3.17) feet in width, area #5 shall be seventeen point four two (17.42) feet in length and five point one seven (5.17) feet in width for a total of two hundred twenty-one point nine (221.9) square feet and shall allow six (6) feet of clear space from the face of the curb/building line along W. Armitage Avenue, N. Sheffield Avenue. The compensation for said space and the days and hours of operation for the sidewalk cafe shall be as follows:
Monday through Sunday 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Compensation: $600.00 SEATING CAPACITY: 22"
and inserting in their place the words
"Said sidewalk cafe area #1 shall be twenty point five (20.5) feet in length and four point four two (4.42) feet in width, area #2 shall be seven point eight one (7.81) feet in length and four point three three (4.33) feet in width for a total of one hundred twenty-four point four three (124.43) square feet and shall allow six (6) feet of clear space from the face of the curb/building line along W. Armitage Avenue. The compensation for said space and the days and hours of operation for the sidewalk cafe shall be as follows:
Monday through Sunday 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Compensation: $600.00 SEATING CAPACITY: 6 "
