ORDINANCE AMENDMENT Acct. No. 87337 - 1 Permit No. 1137816

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

Section 1:

The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for CARTIER NORTH AMERICA on 04/10/2019, and printed upon page 99248 ofthe Journal of Proceedings ofthe City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words

"one (1) planter(s)

One (1) at one point five (1.5) foot in length, and one point five (1.5) foot in width for a total of two point two five (2.25) square feet."

and inserting in their place the words

"two (2) planters

Two (2) at one point five (1.5) feet in length and one point five (1.5) feet in width for a total of four point five (4.50) square feet."

Section 2:

This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.
