WHEREAS, Froilan Garcia has been called lo eternal life by the wisdom of God to his eternal

WHERE AS, The Chicago City Council has been informed of his passing by the Honorable Patrick D. Thompson, Alderman of the 11th Ward; and
WHEREAS, Froilan Garcia, beloved husband of Rosa Maria (nee Diaz); loving father of 9 children; beloved son of the late Juan and Feliciana Garcia; fond grandfather and great grandfather of many; dear brother of 11 siblings; fond uncle of many nieces and nephews; and
WHEREAS, His love of life and ability to live it to the fullest endeared Froilan to his family
members, friends and all who knew him, and enabled him to enrich their lives in ways they will
never forget; now, therefore ; •;• - ;
BE IT RESOLVED, That we, the Mayor and members of the City Council ofthe City of Chicago gathered here this sixteenth of December 2020, do hereby express bur sorrow on the death of Froilan Garcia and extend to his family and friends our deepest sympathy; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the
family of Froilan Garcia. . /
