BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of the City of Chicago, the Commissioner of the Department of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt 521 West Diversey Parkway, Chicago, Illinois, 60614, from the Municipal Code provisions requiring barriers as prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and to parking facilities for the premises referenced herein.
