CITY COUNCIL June 8, 2011

Ordered, That pursuant to Chapter 15-16-1160 of the Municipal Code of the City of Chicago, the Commissioner of the City Department of Fire and the Director of the City Department of Revenue are hereby authorized and directed to waive the annual fire pump flow test inspection fee for Portage Park School, located at 5330 W. Berteau in Chicago, IL (8046776) for a period of one (1) year from December 2010 to December 2011.
