Be It Ordained by the City Council ofthe City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to SL 231 La Salle, LLC c/o Jones Lang La Salle, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to maintain and use, as now constructed, three (3) Vault(s) under the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 231 S. La Salle St
Said Vault(s) at S. LaSalle Street measure(s):
One (1) at one hundred ninety-one (191) feet in length, and fifteen (15) feet in width for a total of two thousand eight hundred sixty-five (2865) square feet.
Said Vault(s) at S. Clark Street measure(s):
One (1) atone hundred ninety-one (191) feet in length, and fifteen (15) feet in width for a total of two thousand eight hundred sixty-five (2865) square feet.
Said Vault(s) at W. Jackson Boulevard measure(s):
. One (1) at three hundred twenty-three (323) feet in length, and nine (9) feet in width for a total of two thousand nine hundred seven (2907) square feet.
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office ofthe City Clerk.
Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Department of Transportation (Office of Underground Coordination).
This grant of privilege in the public way shall be subject to the provisions of Section 10-28-015 and all other required provisions ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago.
The grantee shall pay to the City of Chicago as compensation for the privilege #1119831 herein granted the sum of seventy-eight thousand four hundred thirty-nine ($78,439.00) per annum in advance.
A 25% penalty will be added for payments received after due date.
