340 W. SUPERIOR CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION Acct. No. 288041 - 1 Permit No. 1137949
Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to 340 W. SUPERIOR CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to maintain and use, as now constructed, sixteen (16) Caisson Bells/Caisson Shafts under the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 340-352 W. Superior St. Existing foundation caisson bells supporting caisson shafts and the building at a depth of eight-seven (87) feet below grade. Forty-five (45) feet, fifty-eight hundredths (0.58) inches in length and three (3) feet five (5) inches in width at 340-352 West Superior Street. Eighteen (18) feet, seventy-five hundredths (0.75) inches in length and four (4) feet in width at 732 North Orleans Street. Twenty-one (21) feet, seventy-five hundredths (0.75) inches in length and three (3) feet eight hundredths (0.88) inches in width at alley north of 340-352 West Superior Street
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.
Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Department of Planning and Development and Department of Transportation (Office of Underground Coordination).
This grant of privilege in the public way shall be subject to the provisions of Section 10-28-015 and all other required provisions of the Municipal Code of Chicago.
The grantee shall pay to the City of Chicago as compensation for the privilege #1137949 herein granted the sum of four hundred ($400.00) per annum in advance.
A 25% penalty will be added for payments received after due date.
