EXEMPTION OF KREATIVE KIDZ ACADEMY 6 FROM PHYSICAL BARRIER REQUIREMENT PERTAINING TO ALLEY ACCESSIBILITY FOR PROPERTY AT 1400 W. GARFIELD BLVD

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt ICreative Kidz Academy 6, an early childhood development provider, from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress for 1400 W. Garfield Blvd, Chicago, IL 60609.
