AMENDMENT OF MUNICIPAL CODE SECTION 7-38-117

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION1. Chapter 7-38-117 of the Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by inserting the language underscored and deleting the language struck thru, as follows,

7-38-117 Mobile food vehicle stands program.

(a) A mobile food vehicle stands program ("program") is hereby created as provided in this section.

(i) The commissioner of transportation is authorized to establish a mobile food vehicle stand within the side of the block where each of the following addresses is located:
3627 North Southport Avenue;
3420 North Lincoln Avenue;
3241 North Lincoln Avenue;
817 West Belmont Avenue;
