City Council April 22nd, 2020
RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Dolores A. Lipke has been called to eternal life by the wisdom of God at the age of 90 to her eternal reward; and
WHEREAS, The Chicago City Council has been informed of her passing by the Honorable Patrick D. Thompson, Alderman of the 11th Ward; and
WHEREAS, Dolores A. Lipke, loving mother of Ron (Billie), Pam (late John) Risley and the late William A.; cherished grandmother of six and great-grandmother of 15; devoted daughter of the late William and late Josephine Dumke; dear sister of the late Robert (late Shirley) and the late Harry (late Helen) Dumke; fond aunt of many nieces and nephews; and
WHEREAS, Her love of life and ability to live it to the fullest endeared Dolores to her family members, friends and all who knew her, and enabled her to enrich their lives in ways they will never forget; now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED, That we, the Mayor and members ofthe City Council ofthe City of Chicago gathered here this twenty-second of April 2020, do hereby express our sorrow on the death of Dolores A. Lipke and extend to her family and friends our deepest sympathy; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a suitable copy ofthis resolution be presented to the family of Dolores A. Lipke.
