ORDINANCE AMENDMENT Acct. No. 385788 - 1 Permit No. 1089178

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

Section 1:

The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for Johnny's State St. Grill on 12/16/2009, and printed upon page 82151 of the Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words "Johnny's State St. Grill" and inserting in their place the words "PETER KORIS"

Section 2:

This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.
