ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. The Chicago Zoning Ordinance, be amended by changing all ofthe B3-2, Community Shopping District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 4-J in the area bound by:

West 16^m Street; the alley next east of and parallel to South Sawyer Avenue; a line 50 feet south of and parallel to West 16^th Street and South Sawyer Avenue,

to those of a B2-1, Neighborhood Mixed-Use District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective after its passage and publication.
