SUBSTITUTE ORDINANCE - A8019

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CI TY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the B3-1 Community Shopping District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 26-E in the area bounded by

East 103^rd Street; a line 50 feet east of and parallel to South Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive; the public alley next south of and parallel to East 103^rd Street; South Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive,

to those of an RS2 Residential Single-Unit (Detached House) District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
