RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, We, the members ofthe Chicago City Council, wish to extend our congratulations and warmest birthday wishes to Debra Gibraski, mother of Alderman Raymond Lopez, in honor of her 65^th Birthday; and,

WHEREAS, Debra Gibraski was born to loving parents Tony and Lucille Lona, along with her siblings Anthony, Gilbert, Richard; and,

WHEREAS, Debra Gibraski, born Debra Ann Lona, is a mother to three children, including Alison and Aaron, recently becoming a grandmother to her first grandchild Parker Elliot; and,

WHEREAS, Debra Gibraski is now an honorary member of our 15^th Ward Seniors community, of whom we value and treasure for all they have given and taught us in their collective lifetime; therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED, That we, the Mayor and members ofthe Chicago City Council, gathered here this 7th of October, 2020 A.D., do hereby congratulate Debra Gibraski on the occasion of her birthday; and,

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That we extend our warmest and heartfelt best wishes to Debra Gibraski for her continued good health, happiness and success following this, her 65t^h Birthday; and,

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to Debra Gibraski in honor of her 65^th Birthday as a token of our esteem and good wishes.
