ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. That an order previously approved on July 21, 2021, and published on page 33209 in the Journal ofthe Proceedings for that date to establish Zone 102 Residential Permit Parking for 2744 West Wabansia and 1700 -1702 North Fairfield, be repealed in its entirety. The Department of Transportation shall remove posted permit parking signs at this location.
SECTION 2. Pursuant to Section 9-64-090(f) of the Municipal Code, the following addresses are hereby established as a buffer zone for the adjacent residential permit parking zone listed immediately thereafter:
1700 -1702 North Fairfield Avenue, on the west side of the street, as a residential permit parking buffer for Zone 102
2732 - 2798 West Wabansia Avenue, on the north side of the street, as a residential permit parking buffer for Zone 102
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in effect upon passage and approval.
