BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

Section 1:

The ordinance passed by the City Council ofthe City of Chicago for STUDIO MERCHANDISE INC on 10/03/2012, and printed upon page 35750 of the Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words "STUDIO MERCHANDISE INC" and inserting in their place the words "SHAMBHALA INTERNATIONAL (VAJRADHATU)"

Section 2:

This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.
