ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. The Chicago Zoning Ordinance, be amended by changing all of the RT-4, Residential Two-Flat, Townhouse and Multi-Unit District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 40-E in the area bound by:

West Lawrence Avenue; North Austin Avenue; a line 185.1 feet south of and parallel to West Lawrence Avenue; a line 147.68 feet west of and parallel to North Austin Avenue; a line 191.6 feet south of and parallel to West Lawrence Avenue; and a line 259 feet west of and parallel to North Austin Avenue,

to those of an RS-2, Residential Single-Unit (Detached House) District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective after its passage and publication.
