BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

 

 

Section 1:

 

 

The ordinance passed by the City Council ofthe City of Chicago for QUALITY TRUCK & TRAILER REPAIR on 07/20/2016, and printed upon page 29045 of the Journal of Proceedings ofthe City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words "QUALITY TRUCK & TRAILER REPAIR" and inserting in their place the words "RALLY INTERMODAL"

 

 

Section 2:

 

This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.

The applicant referenced above has requested the use of the public right-of-way for a fence(s). An ordinance has been prepared by the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection - Small Business Center - Public Way Use Unit for presentation to the City Council.
